We have one room remaining, for one lady. The room, at 130 sqft, is fully furnished and comes with internet and utilities. There are 3 other ladies, each to their own room. If you need privacy, this might be the place for you because all tenants have agreed not to bring any friends or relatives. We, the 3 owners, stay downstairs and do not come up unless necessary, such as for repairs or for keys locked inside. The tenants have their own entrance to upstairs. The area is very clean, being maintained by the 3 ladies themselves. Light cooking is allowed at the pantry, which is beside the 3 toilet cubicles, all of which have sprays for bathing, and two of these have WC's. There is a brand new, quiet washing machine. In the living room, there is a fridge and a tv. If you like to eat out, there are many eateries here at Beauty World. There are at least 3 shopping centres here. Also, there are many bus services (61 66 157 174 174e 645 970 985 173 77), and the nearest MRT station to town is at Clementi, 20 mins away via bus 173. The minimum stay here is six months due to URA regulations, but if you have to leave before that, we can understand.
